Multiple Pages Per Sheet
Put 2, 4, 6 or more PDF pages on one sheet. Text stays selectable.
Preview of the first sheet
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Fit 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16 PDF pages on one sheet – or any custom grid of columns and rows. Print slides as handouts, save paper on long documents, or make a contact sheet of every page.
Pages are placed as vector content, not pictures, so text stays sharp and selectable in the new PDF.
How to Put Multiple Pages on One Sheet
- Choose your PDF.
- Choose pages per sheet: 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 16 or Custom columns and rows.
- Pick the sheet: A4, Letter, Legal or A3, and portrait, landscape or automatic orientation.
- Fine-tune: Page order (across then down, or down then across), margin, gap and an optional border around each page.
- Check the preview of the first sheet and click Create PDF.
Which Layout to Use
- 2 per sheet: Books, notes and documents you still want to read comfortably.
- 4 per sheet: Presentation handouts and drafts.
- 6 or 9 per sheet: Slides with large text, flash cards.
- 16 per sheet: An overview of a whole document, contact sheets.
Automatic orientation picks the sheet direction that makes the pages largest – usually landscape for 2 portrait pages and portrait for 4.
Why Not Just Use the Printer Setting?
Printer drivers can do "pages per sheet" too, but only on that one computer and printer. A new PDF works anywhere: send it to a print shop, share it as a handout, or print it from your phone – the layout stays the same.
Free and Private
Everything is done in your browser – your PDF never leaves your device. To change the page size of every page instead, use PDF Page Size to A4.
