Increase PDF Size
Make a PDF bigger, e.g. 100KB or 1MB, without changing how it looks.
Invisible padding is added inside the file. Pages, text and quality stay exactly the same.
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Some upload forms reject a PDF for being too small – they ask for a file of at least 100 KB, 200 KB or 1 MB. This tool makes your PDF bigger to exactly the size you need, without changing how it looks. Pages, text and image quality stay exactly the same.
How to Increase PDF Size
- Choose your PDF.
- Pick a target size: 100 KB, 200 KB, 300 KB, 500 KB, 1 MB or 2 MB – or type your own value in KB.
- Click Increase size and download the larger PDF.
How It Works
The tool adds invisible padding data inside the PDF file. PDF readers skip it, so the document opens, prints and looks exactly as before – only the file size on disk goes up. Nothing is added to the pages themselves: no white space, no hidden images and no extra pages.
When You Need a Bigger PDF
- Government and exam portals with a minimum file size for certificates and ID proofs
- Job and scholarship applications that require documents between, say, 100 KB and 500 KB
- Systems that treat very small files as empty or damaged
Check the form's rules carefully. If it asks for a size between two values, choose a target in the middle of that range.
Need It Smaller Instead?
If your PDF is over the limit, use Compress PDF to a target size or one of the ready sizes such as Compress PDF to 200KB. For photos, use Increase Image Size in KB.
