How to Convert Text to PDF
- Add your text: Type or paste it into the box, or click Open TXT files.
- Style it: Sans, Serif or Monospace font, font size, and Single, 1.5 or Double line spacing.
- Set the page: A4, Letter, Legal or A5, margins and alignment.
- Tick Page numbers if you want them.
- Check the preview and click Create PDF.
Which Settings for What?
- Letters and essays: Serif, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, 25 mm margins.
- Assignments that require it: Double spacing.
- Code, logs and plain-text tables: Monospace, so columns line up.
- Pocket notes and booklets: A5 with smaller margins.
All Languages Work
English and other Latin-script text is saved as real text, so it stays selectable and searchable in the PDF. Scripts that need special letter shaping – such as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Arabic and Thai – are drawn by your browser as sharp page images instead, so they always look correct, but that text cannot be selected.
Uses
- Turn notes, chat exports or logs into a document you can share
- Make a PDF for a portal that does not accept .txt
- Print plain text neatly with margins and page numbers
- Save AI answers or emails as a tidy document
