BPSC Photo & Signature Resize

Resize your English and Hindi signatures and photo for BPSC forms.

Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

The BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission) online forms – CCE, TRE teacher recruitment, assistant professor and others – have one rule that surprises many candidates: you upload two signatures, one in English and one in Hindi. Recent forms accept signatures of 250–320 px wide and 150–220 px tall, under 20 KB each, and many now take your photo live with the webcam. This page has presets for both signatures and for forms that still ask for a photo file.

How to Resize Your BPSC Signatures

  1. Sign twice on white paper in black ink – once in English, once in Hindi – on separate sheets or with space between.
  2. Photograph or scan each one and crop it tightly with Crop Image.
  3. Choose the file here and select Signature (English) or Signature (Hindi).
  4. Click Resize image – you get 300 × 180 px under 20 KB, inside the allowed range.

BPSC Photo: Live Capture or Upload

  • Live photo: in many recent BPSC forms the portal turns on your webcam or phone camera. Sit facing a plain light wall in good light, without cap or dark glasses.
  • Photo upload: if your advertisement asks for a file instead, choose Photo 250 × 250 px – it is kept under 25 KB.

BPSC Signature Rules

  • Size: width 250–320 px, height 150–220 px, JPG, up to 20 KB per signature.
  • Both scripts: the English and Hindi signatures must each meet the limit.
  • Running handwriting – a signature in capital letters or typed text is rejected.

BPSC changes the upload system from time to time and states the exact values in each advertisement. These are the most recent figures – confirm them in your notice.

Bihar Police and Other Bihar Exams

Bihar Police (CSBC) and BPSSC forms use different sizes from BPSC. For those, enter the values from their advertisement in the Exam Photo Resizer.
