Open PowerPoint files without PowerPoint and present full screen.
Text, shapes, pictures and tables are drawn on your device. Charts, SmartArt and animations are not drawn; unusual fonts are replaced.
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Open a PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) without PowerPoint. Browse the slides, read the speaker notes, and present full screen – right in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Save the deck as a PDF whenever you need one.
How to View a PowerPoint File
- Choose your .pptx file. The slides appear.
- Browse with the arrow keys or by clicking. Notes for each slide are shown below it.
- Present: Go full screen and click or press the right arrow, space or Page Down to move on.
- Save as PDF if you want a copy to share or print.
What Is Drawn
Text, shapes, pictures and tables are drawn on your device. A few things are not: charts, SmartArt and animations are left out, and unusual fonts are replaced with similar standard ones. For presentations that rely heavily on those, export from PowerPoint or Google Slides directly.
Old .ppt files (PowerPoint 97–2003) are not supported – open them in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice and save as .pptx.
Tips
- Print several slides per page with Multiple Pages per Sheet – 4 or 6 per sheet makes classic handouts.
- Large deck for an upload form? Shrink it with Compress PDF to a target size.
Free and Private
The presentation is read in your browser and never uploaded – safe for pitch decks and unreleased plans.
