Merge PDFs and Images

Combine PDF files and JPG or PNG photos into a single PDF.

Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

Online forms often want "all documents in one PDF", but what you have is a mix: a PDF certificate from DigiLocker, a phone photo of your ID card, a scanned mark sheet as JPG and a PNG screenshot of a payment receipt. This tool puts PDFs and images together into one PDF, in the order you choose.

How to Combine PDF and JPG Files

    1. Add your files: Select PDFs and JPG, PNG or WebP images together, or drag them in. Add more at any time.
    2. Arrange them: Move files up or down with the arrows – the final PDF follows the list from top to bottom.
    3. Choose how photos become pages: Fit on A4 page places each image on an A4 sheet with margins; Same size as the image makes the page exactly the size of the photo.
    4. Click Merge files and download the single PDF.

    A4 or Image Size?

Pick Fit on A4 page for documents. Every page of the result is then the same size as the PDF pages around it, which looks tidy and prints correctly. Pick Same size as the image for photos, posters or screenshots, where white margins would only get in the way.

Getting Clean Pages from Phone Photos

    • Place the document on a dark, plain surface and shoot from straight above.
    • Crop off the table and fingers before adding the photo – Crop Image takes a few seconds.
    • Turn sideways photos the right way with Rotate Image so pages do not appear rotated in the PDF.
    • iPhone HEIC photos? Convert them with HEIC to JPG first.

Too Big for the Upload Form?

Phone photos are large, so a merged PDF can easily reach several MB. Run the finished file through Compress PDF to a Target Size and pick the limit the portal asks for, such as 200 KB or 1 MB.

Your Documents Stay on Your Device

Merging happens in your browser – ID cards, certificates and receipts are never uploaded. PDF pages are copied as they are, so their text stays selectable. Free, with no watermark and no file limit.
