Merge Certificates into One PDF

Combine all your certificates and mark sheets into one PDF, in order.

Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

Job, admission and scholarship forms often say "upload all certificates as a single PDF". This page combines your 10th and 12th mark sheets, degree, caste, income, domicile and experience certificates into one PDF in the right order – whether they are PDFs or phone photos (JPG/PNG). Nothing is uploaded; the file is built in your browser.

How to Merge Certificates Into One PDF

    1. Choose your certificates – PDFs and photos can be mixed.
    2. Put them in order with the up and down arrows – usually the oldest first: 10th, 12th, graduation, then other certificates.
    3. Remove a file you added by mistake with ×. Sideways photos can be turned first with Rotate Image.
    4. Click Merge files and download one PDF.

    A Good Order for Certificates

    1. 10th mark sheet / certificate (also date-of-birth proof)
    2. 12th mark sheet
    3. Graduation and post-graduation mark sheets and degree
    4. Caste / EWS / PwBD certificate
    5. Domicile and income certificate
    6. Experience letters and other documents

Always follow the order your notification gives, if it gives one.

    Combined PDF Too Big?

Several scanned certificates quickly reach 5–20 MB. If the form has a limit such as 200 KB or 1 MB, either merge and shrink in one step with Merge & Compress PDF, or compress the merged file with the PDF Size Reducer.

    Photos of Certificates

    • Crop each photo to the paper with Crop Image before adding it.
    • Use daylight and hold the phone straight above the certificate.
    • Make faded photocopies clearer with the PDF Contrast Editor after merging.

    Private and Free

Your certificates are combined on your own device – nothing is uploaded. No sign-up, no watermark, no page limit.
