Increase PDF Size to 300KB
Make a small PDF 300KB for forms with a minimum size – the pages stay the same.
Invisible padding is added inside the file. Pages, text and quality stay exactly the same.
Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Is the portal saying your PDF is too small? Some forms only accept documents of at least 300 KB – a range such as "300 KB to 2 MB" – while a scanned certificate or a PDF made on a phone is often only 30–80 KB. This page makes your PDF exactly 300 KB without touching what is inside: same pages, same text, same quality.
How to Increase PDF Size to 300KB
- Choose your PDF. Its current size is shown.
- 300 KB is already set as the target. Change it if your form says otherwise.
- Click Increase size and download the PDF.
- Check the size in your file manager before uploading.
Does It Change My Document?
No. The tool adds padding data inside the PDF file that PDF readers ignore. The document opens, prints and looks exactly the same – no blank pages, no white space and no hidden pictures are added. Only the size on disk grows to 300 KB.
Is a Bigger File Accepted?
Yes – upload portals check the file size and that it is a valid PDF. A padded PDF is a normal, valid PDF. If the form gives a range, it is safest to land in the middle of it; type that number instead of 300 if needed.
