Extract Pages from PDF

Pick pages and save them as a new PDF.

Your files are processed on your device and are never uploaded.

Need page 4 of a 60-page report, or just your mark sheets out of a scanned bundle of documents? Extract pages from PDF lets you pick exactly the pages you need – by clicking them or typing a range – and saves them together as a new, smaller PDF. The original stays as it was.

How to Extract Pages

  1. Choose the PDF. Page thumbnails appear so you can see what each page holds.
  2. Pick the pages: click them, or type their numbers in the Pages box.
  3. Click Extract pages. The pages you picked are saved together in one new file, in page order.
  4. Download the extracted PDF.

Writing Page Numbers

Typing is faster than clicking for long documents. Separate pages with commas and use a dash for a range:

  • 3 – only page 3
  • 1-4 – pages 1, 2, 3 and 4
  • 2, 5, 9-11 – pages 2, 5, 9, 10 and 11

Tip: open the PDF in your usual viewer first and note the page numbers shown in the viewer's toolbar. Printed page numbers on the paper may differ from the PDF's own numbering if there is a cover or contents page.

Everyday Uses

  • Send one invoice out of a monthly statement
  • Upload a single certificate from a combined scan
  • Share one chapter of a book or a few slides from a deck
  • Pull out the signed page of a contract to return it

Extract vs Split

Extracting gives you one PDF with the pages you chose. If you need several separate files – one per chapter, or one per page – use Split PDF, which packs them into a ZIP. To keep most pages and drop a few, Delete PDF Pages is quicker.

No Quality Loss, No Upload

Pages are copied, not re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images stay sharp. Everything runs in your browser, so the PDF is never uploaded – safe for bank papers, medical reports and contracts.
