The size limit is built in, so the PDF is ready to upload as soon as it is made.
How to Make a PDF Under 200KB from JPGs
- Select your images – several at once is fine. Use Add more images to add others.
- Arrange them with the arrows; the top image becomes page 1.
- Choose A4, orientation and margin. The maximum size is set to 200 KB.
- Click Convert to PDF and download.
How Many Photos Fit in 200KB?
- 1–2 pages: excellent quality, even for photos with colour stamps.
- 3–4 pages: clear, readable documents – the typical use of this size.
- 5–8 pages: still usable for large text; check small print before uploading.
Image Quality Setting
The Image quality option sets the starting point – High, Medium or Low. With a maximum size in place, the tool goes lower automatically when needed, so you can leave it on Medium. Choose High if your pages have fine print and only one or two pages.
Handwritten Forms and Notes
Filled a paper form by hand and need it as a PDF? Photograph each page in good light, crop away the table, and add them here in order. Writing in dark ink on white paper compresses very well, so even four or five pages stay sharp at 200 KB.
Other Sizes and Tools
